Dr. James Rwanyarare has dragged the Uganda Peoples Congress back to court challenging the legality of the party's leadership. Rwanyarare contends that the just concluded delegates conference which elected the new leadership, was held unconstitutionally. High court judge, Justice Remmy Kasule last week ordered the National Council of the Uganda Peoples Congress to resolve the disputes between Rwanyarare and the constitutional steering committee under Badru Wegulo. Rwanyarare walked out of the Saturday meeting arguing that his personal interests had not been addressed by the meeting. The high court has fixed Friday December 2 as hearing date for the case.
