The Ntungamo Grade Two Magistrate, Ananiya Tusiime could not allow the four to take plea since his court had no jurisdiction to try them.
The four who include Ramathan Onzima, Zaphania Batemyeto, Rogers Nduga and Lawrence Mugabe alias King, a radio presenter at Christ FM in Kampala were Wednesday afternoon sent to Ntungamo central prison until 4th January, 2016.

They are alleged to be the key suspects in the Ntungamo campaign clash on the 13th December, 2015.
The Magistrate read to them charges ranging from assault, grievous harm and malicious damage of property.
They were sent on remand until 4th January, 2016 when together with seven others who were on Tuesday denied bail will reappear before court.
Meanwhile, the Mbarara Municipality parliamentary candidate, Bright Muhumuza has been released on police bond. He was on Tuesday arrested at Ntungamo magistrates court and detained at Ntungamo central police station.
According to the Ntungamo District Police Commander, Baker Kawonawo, Muhumuza together with others still at large were behind the Ntungamo campaign violence that left over ten NRM supporters injured.
