The land located in Madi-Okollo Packwach, Yumbe, Arua and Zombo was donated to the university by the community. The University Vice-Chancellor, Prof. Christine Dranzoa, says that several of university’s planned projects have stagnated over lack of funds, including a medical school to train health personnel.
